Information we collect

• Contact details you send for quotes, support, and account access.
• API keys, account identifiers, request metadata, timestamps, IP addresses, and usage logs.
• Prompts, image and video inputs, generated outputs, and job metadata needed to process requests, debug failures, prevent abuse, and bill usage.
• Billing records handled through support and payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

• Provide, secure, monitor, and improve the API.
• Quote pricing, manage account catalogs, calculate usage, and provide support.
• Detect abuse, enforce limits, investigate incidents, and comply with law.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics on public HTML marketing pages to measure page views, scroll depth, and clicks on quote, docs, sign-in, and contact links. Machine-readable pages such as Markdown, llms.txt, starting-price JSON, and OpenAPI, and unauthenticated API probes, do not execute that script. We record those requests in first-party server logs (path, HTTP method, status, coarse User-Agent class, and whether a payment-protocol header was present). We do not send those server-side events to Google Analytics or Yandex Metrica, and we do not log API keys, account names, prompts, balances, usage totals, model-level usage, IP addresses, or payment-header values as analytics event parameters. We do not load Google Analytics inside the authenticated API console.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run the API, when legally required, or to protect the service and our users.

Retention and security

We keep account, usage, billing, and audit data as long as needed for operations, security, tax, dispute, and legal purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee perfect security.
